Shipping Policy
How and when your SKWEE order reaches you.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Custom and Customize Lab pieces are made to order and may take longer - we’ll always share an estimated timeline before you confirm.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–8 business days depending on your location within India. You’ll receive a tracking link by email and/or WhatsApp as soon as your parcel ships.
Shipping charges
- Standard delivery and express delivery rates are calculated and shown at checkout.
- Free shipping promotions, when running, are applied automatically at checkout.
- All applicable taxes are included in the product price unless stated otherwise.
Where we ship
We currently ship across India. If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we’ll reach out to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.
Delays
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier disruptions or events beyond our control. We’ll keep you updated and do our best to get your order to you quickly.
