Returns & Refunds

Not quite right? Here’s how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

Our promise

We want your little one to love their SKWEE. If something isn’t right, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags intact.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Custom / Customize Lab pieces, and items marked final sale, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Email hello@skwee.in or message us via our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll share the next steps and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to reflect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or print? Let us know and we’ll arrange an exchange, subject to availability. If the item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
